AI tutor
Does the AI just give answers?+
No. The tutor uses Socratic prompts — hints first, partial steps next, full answers last. We're a teaching tool, not an answer key.
Is it safe for my child to chat with the AI?+
Yes. Conversations are content-filtered, ad-free and age-appropriate. Parents can review activity at any time.
What if my child gets stuck?+
If the AI detects repeated struggle, it pauses and offers an easier prerequisite topic before continuing.
Homework help
Can my child photograph a worksheet?+
Yes — the homework snap feature accepts photos, PDFs and typed problems.
Will it just solve their homework?+
It coaches them through it. There's a 'check my work' and a 'hint mode' for kids who want to learn the right way.
Curriculum
Which curriculum does it follow?+
Common Core, UK National, Canadian provincial, Australian and other major English-language curricula.
How does it decide what my child learns?+
A diagnostic creates a personalized plan: 70% current grade, 20% weakness repair, 10% ahead prep.
Parent reports
What do parent reports include?+
Weekly study time, accuracy, mastered topics, current weak spots, and what's next.
How often will I get notified?+
Daily nudges are optional; a weekly summary email is on by default. Both can be turned off.

Yes. We follow COPPA-aligned practices, collect minimum data, and never sell information.
