Parents or legal guardians must create and manage accounts on behalf of children under 18. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime from your parent dashboard. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
5. Intellectual property
All content, code, branding and curriculum materials are owned by AI Math Coach or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial learning.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
