14-day free trial
You will not be charged during the 14-day free trial. If you do not upgrade, your account simply moves to a read-only state.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel anytime. Cancellations stop the next renewal — the current billing month is not pro-rated by default.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase if used minimally. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email us via the Contact page with your account email. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.
