How AI Math Coach collects, uses, and protects personal information.

Last updated: 8/14/2026
This page is a working policy draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.

1. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service: parent account information (name, email), child profile information (first name, grade, country), and learning activity (answers, time spent, mistakes). Payment information is processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

2. How we use information

To personalize the learning experience, generate progress reports, improve the platform, and contact parents about their account. We do not sell personal data and we do not show third-party advertising to children.

3. Children's privacy

Accounts are created and managed by parents or legal guardians. We follow COPPA-aligned practices for users under 13. See our Children's Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI inference) under strict confidentiality, and where required by law.

5. Data retention & deletion

You can export your child's progress data and request full deletion of the account at any time from the parent dashboard.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis with audit logging.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and others) you have rights to access, correct, port, and delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
