1. Parent-managed accounts
All child profiles are created and controlled by a parent or legal guardian. Children cannot create or modify billing themselves.
2. Minimum information
For a child profile, we collect first name, grade, country, and learning activity (answers, time, mistakes). We do not request a child's email, phone number, address or photo.
3. No advertising to children
We do not display third-party ads to children and we do not use child data to target advertising anywhere.
4. AI conversations
AI tutor conversations are filtered for age-appropriate content. Parents can review activity at any time and disable AI features per child.
5. Parent controls
Parents can review, export and delete a child's data at any time from the parent dashboard, or by contacting us.
6. Verifiable parental consent
Where required, we obtain verifiable parental consent via payment-based or email confirmation methods prior to enabling features that involve personal data.
